The Green Bay Packers briefly lost wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling to a leg injury, but shortly after he returned, they then lost wide receiver Geronimo Allison to a head injury. Lions defensive back Tracy Walker went for an interception on a pass intended for Allison and drew helmet contact.
Allison was able to walk off the field under his own power, and went over to the medical tent. He is likely being evaluated for a concussion.
Update: Allison has been announced as questionable to return due to a chest injury. He is being evaluated for a concussion as well, and is back in the locker room. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Jake Kumerow, and Darrius Shepherd are the team’s three receivers on the field in Allison’s absence.
