The Denver Broncos will be looking for all the offensive firepower they can find in Week 7 when they host the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football. Emmanuel Sanders and Courtland Sutton will be featured in the passing game, but one has to wonder how much we’ll see of rookie tight end Noah Fant.
Fant is consistently playing in the 60 to 70 percent snap range each week as the Broncos starting tight end. He has yet to be targeted more than four times in a game, and has never exceeded 37 receiving yards.
Fantasy football analysis, Broncos TE Noah Fant
The Chiefs have given up the sixth most fantasy points to tight ends this season. They are coming off a Week 6 matchup with Houston in which tight end Darren Fells led the team with 69 receiving yards on six receptions.
There should be plenty of fireworks, but it’s hard to recommend Fant. Rookie tight ends often struggle to get on track, so this is not surprising. He’s a good keeper and dynasty league stash, but it’s hard to justify him in re-draft leagues.
