The Jacksonville Jaguars got a much-needed win over the New York Jets in Week 8, but they lost wide receiver Dede Westbrook to injury. He left the game at some point and was ruled out in the second half with a neck and shoulder injury. He had one target at the time but was otherwise held off the box score.

Gardner Minshew had a strong bounce-back effort, throwing for 279 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions. Chris Conley was the big winner among the pass catchers with four receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown. D.J. Chark had six receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown.

Fantasy football analysis, Jaguars WR Dede Westbrook

It might be time for Westbrook to take a week off. He entered the game listed as questionable with the neck and shoulder issues. He sat out Wednesday and Thursday practices, and then got a limited session in on Friday. The Jaguars face Houston in London in Week 9 and then have a bye week.

In Westbrook’s absence, Conley is the big name to add off waivers since Chark is owned in most fantasy leagues.
