JuJu Smith-Schuster status update

The Steelers have ruled Smith-Schuster OUT with a concussion, per Steelers PR. James Washington and Diontae Johnson will finish the game as the starting receivers. Johnny Holton and Tevin Jones are the team’s other two wide receivers.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are losing big name players to injury in a hurry. A few minutes after running back James Conner went to the locker room with a shoulder injury aggravation, wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster went down after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from the Cleveland Browns defense.

Smith-Schuster went to the locker room to be evaluated, likely for a concussion. At the time of the injury, he had two receptions on four targets for 21 yards. James Washington and Diontae Johnson are the Steelers starting receivers at this point. Washington has an eight-yard reception and Johnson has a four-yard reception.
