The San Francisco 49ers released their final injury report for Week 11, and could be without some significant weapons. Tight end George Kittle, running back Matt Breida, and kicker Robbie Gould are all listed as doubtful, while wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is listed as questionable.
Kittle missed last week’s game with a knee injury suffered in Week 9, and was replaced by Ross Dwelley in the starting lineup. Breida injured his ankle in the second half of last week’s game, and was replaced by Raheem Mostert behind Tevin Coleman. Gould injured his quad last week prior to the game and was replaced by Chase McLaughlin. Sanders injured his ribs in the second quarter and did not return.
Fantasy football analysis: 49ers injury report
The 49ers could be extremely shorthanded for their rematch against the Cardinals. Garrett Celek will get some snaps along with Dwelley, but neither is a fantasy option with Kittle unlikely to play.
Mostert gains value with Breida unlikely to play. He’s not a starting option in most leagues, but in deeper league he’s worth a look as a complement to Coleman. Breida is the more talented back, but Mostert can be productive in his own right. He holds modest start value against an inconsistent Cardinals defense.
Sanders is the tough call in this one with the questionable designation in a late afternoon game. I suspect he does not play, but Sunday morning Ian Rapoport and/or Adam Schefter should have some insight into how the ribs are looking. If he does not play, Deebo Samuel and Marquise Goodwin would be the primary receivers. Deebo is emerging as a potential fantasy value, and holds some value against a Cardinals defense that has given up the ninth most fantasy points to wide receivers.
