San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is playing in Week 11, but his Week 10 rib injury has him in and out of the game. He has three receptions for 33 yards with four targets and a couple plays called back by penalties.

Sanders injured his ribs in the second quarter of last week’s Monday Night Football game against the Seahawks and did not return to the game. He sat out practice all week and was listed as questionable before being active this week.

Sanders is struggling with the ribs, but he keeps on gutting it out. Deebo Samuel and Kyle Juszczyk are tied for the team lead with five targets. Samuel has three receptions for 56 yards and Juszczyk has five receptions for 47 yards. Ross Dwelley has been the red zone target with two touchdowns.
