The Houston Texans host the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday Night Football to open Week 12, and quarterback DeShaun Watson is a little banged up. The Texans conducted a walkthrough on Monday to start the week and provided an estimated practice participation report. Watson was listed as a full participant with an ankle injury.
Watson injured his ankle in the second quarter of Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens. He had it rolled late in the quarter but was able to finish the game. He struggled all day long, finishing with 169 yards and one interception to go along with 12 rushing yards. It was one of his worst days as a pro.
Fantasy football analysis: Texans QB DeShaun Watson
Watson is likely to be listed as a full participant all week, and then removed by the final injury report. The Colts defense could give him some trouble, but Watson is still someone you start week in and week out. He won’t be 100 percent, but unless you’ve got a serious big name to play instead, Watson will be your guy on Thursday.
