The Kansas City Chiefs suffered several big injuries in Week 11 and it all started with wide receiver Tyreek Hill. On the Chiefs opening drive, Hill was targeted twice but then came up gimpy and had to leave the game. The trainers worked on his right leg on the sideline before deciding to take him back to the locker room.

The Chiefs eventually announced he was questionable to return to the game. After halftime, Hill jogged out to the sideline but did not return to the game. In his halftime interview, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said “Hill is definitely hurting.” The Chiefs never formally ruled him out, but Hill did not return to the game.

Hill is rostered in virtually every fantasy football league, and according to ESPN, was starting in 92.8 percent of leagues. Some teams won or lost by big enough margins that his injury did not matter, but for plenty of folks, it swung their matchups for good or bad.

And we heard about it on Twitter. Numerous fantasy football players posted screenshots of their matchups where Hill either cost them or helped them win by a slim margin. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened, and given the nature of the NFL, most every fantasy player has a story about an injured player swing their game. But for one week, those who started Tyreek Hill came up snake eyes on Monday Night Football.
