The rich get richer as the New England Patriots are set to activate wide receiver N’Keal Harry off the injured reserve list, according to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport. Harry suffered an ankle injury in the team’s first preseason game and was placed on injured reserve after final roster cuts to provide this option to return.
Harry will join a wide receiver corps that has been transitioning this season. The group opened the season with Julian Edelman, Antonio Brown, Josh Gordon, and Phillip Dorsett. The team has since released Brown and Gordon and traded for Mohamed Sanu, and Jakobi Meyers has emerged as an intriguing option. The Patriots spent the 32nd overall pick of the 2019 draft on Harry.
Fantasy football analysis: Patriots WR N’Keal Harry
Harry has great dynasty and keeper value, but he’s limited in single season re-draft leagues for the time being. If he’s active in Week 9, he still remains down the pecking order for the time being. He’s worth a stash if you’ve got a free roster spot, but if you’re dealing with roster issues, he’s not a guy who will make an immediate difference.
