New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is dealing with elbow pain, but is expected to play in Week 12. Backup Jarrett Stidham took the majority of reps on Friday, but Brady assured everyone he is fine, according to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport.

Brady should play on Sunday, but it seems likely we’ll see him showing up on the Patriots injury report this week and potentially beyond. It seems unlikely for now to cost him playing time, but if he aggravates it, that could change in a hurry.

The Patriots face a solid Cowboys defense that has given up the eighth fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Brady’s ceiling is lower vs. Dallas, but he maintains a strong floor. The bigger concern will be the likely absence of Mohamed Sanu and the questionable status of Phillip Dorsett. Julian Edelman and James White are going to be key cogs in the passing game, as usual, but the Patriots will be a bit shorthanded.
