The Atlanta Falcons appear on track to get running back Devonta Freeman back in the lineup on Thanksgiving when they host the New Orleans Saints. A day after being listed as limited on an estimated practice report, Freeman got in a full workout on Tuesday in what was a normal practice session.

The Falcons have one more practice on Wednesday before Thursday’s game. At this rate, Freeman might not even be listed on the final injury report. Barring a setback, he appears set to return to the starting lineup in Week 13.

Fantasy football analysis: Falcons RB Devonta Freeman

Brian Hill has struggled to do much of anything place of Freeman, so there is no concern about the latter losing his job. This is a difficult matchup for Freeman, with the Saints giving up the fourth fewest fantasy points to the running back position. Freeman is not a must start in his return, but he’s still worth starting if he’s a regular part of your rotation — especially in PPR leagues.
