Zach Ertz added to Eagles injury report in Week 13

Eagles tight end Zach Ertz was added to the team’s first injury report of Week 13. We break down the fantasy football implications.

The Philadelphia Eagles released their first practice participation report for Week 13, and they have a concerning addition. Tight end Zach Ertz was listed as a DNP due to a hamstring injury, per beat writer Mike Kaye.

Ertz did not appear to come out of Week 12 against Seattle, and Doug Pederson made no mention of it in his normal Wednesday press conference. It’s safe to say he’ll get questions about it when he wraps up the practice week.

This will be something to track over the Thursday and Friday practice participation reports, and hopefully we get some clarification from Pederson or Eagles PR. In the meantime, Dallas Goedert will get the snaps in place of Ertz until the veteran is ready to go. There’s no reason yet to be concerned about Ertz not playing Sunday, but it’s something to check back on each day as the daily participation reports are released for Week 13.
