The Arizona Cardinals had a surprise addition to their final injury report in Week 13. The team added quarterback Kyler Murray to the report on Friday due to a hamstring injury. He had not appeared on the Wednesday or Thursday reports, but was listed as a “full” participant on Friday. The team designated him as questionable for Sunday vs. the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy football analysis: Cardinals QB Kyler Murray

Given that Murray was listed as a full participant, it seems unlikely he misses Sunday’s game against LA. The game is a late one at 4:05 p.m., so it does create a modest headache for people trying to decide on his status. I suspect we’ll hear Sunday morning that he’s good to go, so I would not worry too much.

Murray has had a great rookie season, and while the Cardinals are still struggling to turn things around entirely, his numbers are impressive. He is currently the fifth ranked quarterback in fantasy football. He faces a decent challenge against LA this weekend, but considering how badly LA looked against a dynamic Ravens attack, it will make for a fun matchup. Kyler Murray is not Lamar Jackson, but Murray has shown all sorts of versatility. We’ll see if LA is ready for him.
