Vikings WR Adam Thielen aggravated a hamstring injury in Week 9 and might be done for the day. We break down the fantasy football implications.

Adam Thielen came into the game against Kansas City questionable to play due to a hamstring injury. He was quickly forced from the game and according to sideline reporter Pam Oliver, Thielen mouthed, “I’m done.”

Olabisi Johnson will replace Thielen, as he did last week against Washington. The Vikings take on the Cowboys next week and Thielen will likely have trouble getting cleared for that matchup. Johnson could again be worth a waiver wire pickup. We should also see an uptick in work for Dalvin Cook, Kyle Rudolph and Irv Smith Jr.

Quarterback Kirk Cousins has played well with Thielen out, so this might not be a big blow to his production, but it isn’t going to help. We will keep you updated on his status as news becomes available.

Laquon Treadwell has stepped up with Thielen out. His inconsistencies are well documented, but he could end up being a useful add this week in deeper leagues.
