TNF fantasy points projections to help you set your lineup

Need some last minute start/sit advice? Fantasy points projections can help, and we’ve got them for Week 10 Thursday Night Football.

The AFC West is on display to open Week 10 on Thursday Night Football with the Oakland Raiders playing host to the Los Angeles Chargers. The Raiders are 4-4 while the Chargers are 4-5, and with the Kansas City Chiefs likely to run away with the division once Patrick Mahomes is healthy, both teams badly need a win for wild card consideration.

This game does not feature any significant injuries to skill position players. Josh Jacobs has a shoulder injury, but he was removed from the injury report after two straight days of full participation. The big questions for the Raiders offense are whether or not offensive linemen Trent Brown or Rodney Hudson will play. The most significant Chargers injury for fantasy purposes is right tackle Sam Tevi. He is questionable with a knee injury.

This could turn into a shootout, so there are some start/sit decisions to consider for both teams. Josh Jacobs is a must start, but Tyrell Williams and Hunter Renfrow both are questionable choices given the Chargers success against wide receivers this season. Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and Hunter Henry are all strong starts, but what do we make of Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler?

Matchups are key, but it helps to see what the analytics are saying about potential performances. Looking at ESPN fantasy projections for season-long leagues (1/2 PPR setting), both Gordon and Ekeler are looking like productive options, but each limits the upside of the other.

This should be a fun one. I think the Chargers have the edge, but I’d expect a high-scoring affair regardless. Here are Week 10 TNF projections to help you further improve your fantasy chances!
