The Sunday kickoffs for Week 10 are almost here, and it’s time to start plotting out your Week 10 DFS lineups. In Week 9, a lot of the usual suspects dominated, but we had some under-the-radar names step up in a big way to key folks to victory.
If you splurge elsewhere in your DFS lineup, you might need to scrap the bottom of the barrel to fill out the rest of your lineup. If you’re able to save a little more money on a player, who not make it the wide receiver position?
So here are three best wide receiver plays under $5,000 that could provide the best value for Week 10. Values from DraftKings.
DeVante Parker (MIA) - $4,800
Parker has scored a touchdown in four of the last five games, and the Miami Dolphins offense has slowly shown signs of life in 2019 behind Ryan Fitzpatrick. After trading away Kenny Stills before the season started and trading Kenyan Drake two weeks ago, the Miami offense really only has Parker as a viable threat for opposing defenses. Even if just in garbage time, Parker will still be targeted early and often by Fitz-Magic against the Indianapolis Colts.
Chester Rogers (IND) - $4,100
Sticking with that same game but shifting now to the other team, we’re really going to scrape the barrel here with Chester Rogers. The Colts are likely getting back their starting quarterback this week in Jacoby Brissett, but they’ll still be without their #1 wide receiver in T.Y. Hilton. Someone will have to step up at the wide receiver position in Hilton’s absence, so why not Rogers who’s been in the Colts organization the past three years?
Tyler Boyd (CIN) - $4,700
The Colts will be without Hilton and the Cincinnati Bengals will have to wait at least another week before they see the return of AJ Green. That means it will once again by Tyler Boyd’s job to lead the way for the Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers in the Cincy passing attack. The Bengals are hosting the division rival Baltimore Ravens this week, and even with Marcus Peters, the Ravens are a week removed from allowing former Bengal Mohamed Sanu to catch 10 balls for 81 yards and a touchdown.
