Graham is the 20th tight end in fantasy and 21st in tight end targets this season. He hasn’t topped five targets since Week 4, and he’s only done that once this season. Like any of the non-stud tight ends, he’s a touchdown-dependent play. Unfortunately, he has three touchdowns in 11 games and none over his last four.
Fantasy football analysis: Green Bay Packers TE Jimmy Graham
Graham will face the Giant this week, who have a weak pass defense but have played tight ends well, allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points to the position. That stat is backed up by Football Outsider’s ranking them tenth best in DVOA against tight ends.
Jason Witten is the only tight end to have more than three receptions against the Giants, as he caught 8-of-9 for 58 yards in Week 9. On the season, only the Bills have given up fewer receptions with three per game to the Giants 3.4 per game. Good tight ends are always worth playing, even in tough spots, but Graham is no longer good, and this is a tough spot.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Sit Graham.
