It looked to be another miserable season for Tennessee out of the gate, starting off 1-4, which included home losses to Georgia State and BYU. Since then, the Volunteers won six of their final seven games and even made it close against Alabama. Tennessee has to be ecstatic by how the season finished out and in the future with Jeremy Pruitt in year two.
For Indiana, its 8-4 regular season record is the best its had since 1993. While the eight wins look impressive, the Hoosiers did not beat a team with a winning record all year long.
Tennessee has used three different quarterbacks during this 6-1 stretch, but it doesn’t seem to be an issue because they keep winning. Indiana has played in four games with its backup quarterback under center after freshman quarterback Michael Penix Jr. was ruled out for the season with an injury in early November.

Initial Betting Analysis
All of the value is on Tennessee in this spot, and this might be the best bet of the entire bowl season. I expected this line to be much higher than it is, so I’d jump on the Volunteers now because all the bets are soon to be coming in on Tennessee I would imagine. This Tennessee team is rolling right now after a really bad start, and they’re about to end their season on a high note with a double-digit win.
