The Chicago Bulls provided an injury update on forward Otto Porter Jr. on Tuesday.
Otto Porter Jr. update:
— Chicago Bulls (@chicagobulls) December 10, 2019
Porter will continue his current period of immobilization and progress as tolerated over the next four weeks when he will be reassessed. An updated report will be provided as he progresses.
Porter is expected to be re-evaluated in another four weeks due to his foot injury. The Bulls forward is dealing with a bone edema in his left foot, which basically has him immobilized for another month. It’s been a rough season for Porter — and the Bulls for that matter — so this new timeline is frustrating.
Fantasy Basketball Analysis: Chicago Bulls rotation
So with Porter still out for another month at least, we can expect the Bulls lineup to remain the same. Kris Dunn will continue to start with Chicago opting for a three-guard rotation with Zach LaVine and Tomas Satoransky. Thaddeus Young, Coby White, Daniel Gafford and Denzel Valentine round out the rotation. With Porter out, the Bulls defense takes a hit still, so another four weeks of that isn’t great.
