The Celtics’ (+1.5) scoring attack wasn’t exactly balanced tonight. Kemba Walker ($7,600) scored a season-high 44 points and no other player on Boston was able to score more than 18 points. Jaylen Brown ($6,700) did his part, playing solid defense on Jeremy Lamb ($5,700) while also contributing eight assists and eight rebounds. Brown scored 41 DKFP, second most on the team behind the 64.75 DKFP game for Walker. To make matters worse for the Celtics, fans will once again have to hold their breath after another Gordon Hayward ($5,700) injury. He was hit in the nose driving to the basket in the fourth quarter and was unable to return to the game. After the game, he seemed to be okay and told reporters that he hoped to be better by tomorrow.
For the Pacers, Domantas Sabonis ($8,200) will not stop having big games. He double-doubled, coming two assists shy of a triple-double and scored 47 DKFP. He seems like a lock to score at least 40 fantasy points every night. As expected, this was a competitive game although it was much higher scoring than anticipated. The 211 total for this game was one of the lowest of the slate and it easily cleared the over with 239 points scored.
