Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley suffered a concussion during Wednesday’s game vs. the Toronto Raptors and will not return.

Beverley was apparently elbowed in the head at some point early in the third quarter and was unable to return. For the rest of the game, we should see a lot of Lou Williams handling the ball, with Terrence Davis also in the mix. Beverley is a defensive specialist so Toronto may have a chance to come back down 88-71 after the third, but it seems unlikely at this point.
