The Philadelphia Eagles announced on Thursday that they have placed wide receiver Alshon Jeffery on injured reserve heading into Week 15. That officially ends his season after a foot injury suffered in Week 14.
The Eagles head into their Week 15 matchup with Washington looking for whatever bodies they can find at wide receiver. Nelson Agholor did not practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury. J.J. Arcega-Whiteside was able to practice, but did suffer a leg injury in overtime of Week 14. It would appear that he is mostly good, however, alongside Greg Ward Jr.
The Eagles promoted wide receiver Robert Davis from the practice squad and signed receiver Deontay Burnett to the practice squad. That unit also includes Marcus Green and Marken Michel as depth options if Agholor is unable to go in Week 15.
Agholor and Arcega-Whiteside offer modest fantasy value, but this is likely a group to stay away from if possible.
