UPDATE: Mark Andrews is active.

The Baltimore Ravens expect to have tight end Mark Andrews available tonight when they host the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football. NFL Network reporter Mike Garafolo tweeted that Andrews is “expected to give it a go” in the Week 15 opener.

Andrews injured his knee last week and missed much of the game with what John Harbaugh later described as a contusion. He was a DNP at Monday’s walkthrough, and then limited on Tuesday and Wednesday before getting the questionable designation on the final injury report.

Fantasy football analysis: Ravens TE Mark Andrews

If Andrews is active, he has to be in fantasy lineups. “Expected to give it a go,” does not foreclose the possibility he ends up on some kind of pitch count. There’s nothing we can do to predict that, but Andrews is talented enough to turn even a limited snap count into a productive performance.

We’ll find out for certain at 6:50 p.m., but for now it looks like you can safely start Andrews in your fantasy lineups.
