Mark Andrews will play on Thursday Night Football as the Baltimore Ravens host the New York Jets. The Ravens announced their Week 15 inactives and Andrews was not included.
Andrews was forced from his Week 14 game against the Bills with a right knee injury. He wasn’t able to return but the injury ended up not leading to any structural damage. Nick Boyle and Hayden Hurst took over his snaps.
Andrews has had trouble with a few different injuries this season but has still managed to put up the fourth-most fantasy points for tight ends on the season as the Ravens number one receiving target.
Fantasy Football Analysis: Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews
The Jets have played tight ends well this year, limiting them to the second-fewest fantasy points, bested only by their opponent the Ravens. But Football Outsiders has them ranked 21st against tight ends in DVOA.
Andrews doesn’t need many targets or receptions to put up big numbers, as he leads the league in yards gained per route run. As the No. 1 target on the best offense in the league at a weak fantasy position, Andrews should be in your lineups whenever he’s active.
