NBA DFS Picks: Top fantasy basketball value plays on DraftKings for Dec. 13

With a couple injuries already announced, we have plenty of value to sift through on Friday night’s nine-game NBA slate on DraftKings. Here are some options.

There are already a handful of injury spots we can take advantage of for Friday’s main nine-game NBA slate on DraftKings. We know that Ja Morant and Brandon Clarke are both out for the Memphis Grizzlies, while Draymond Green will rest for the Golden State Warriors. Those will be key spots to target, though selecting the right value is key. Let’s take a look at some top bargain options for fantasy basketball Friday.

Cody Zeller, C, CHA at CHI ($4,700)

The Chicago Bulls aren’t a very good rebounding team still, and Zeller is seeing decent minutes off the bench. Bismack Biyombo ($4,000) keeps starting, but Zeller has played better, returning value in four straight games with at least 23 DKFP. His price hasn’t really adjusted given he’s still coming off the bench, but he’s seeing at least 20-22 minutes per game the past four. Bulls-Hornets should have plenty of scoring, so I like a lot of value here.

Bogdan Bogdanovic, SG/SF, SAC vs. NYK ($4,700)

The Sacramento Kings get to face the New York Knicks, who are easy to shoot against from outside. Insert Bogdanovic, who has been slumping this season, but has gotten at least 27 minutes the past three games. If that’s the case again tonight, we could see Bogdanovic break out. Earlier in the season he was scoring upwards of 31 points, so that type of ceiling is appealing in GPPs.

Glenn Robinson III, SG/SF, GSW at UTA ($4,500)

It’s not an easy spot for Big Dog Jr., but the Warriors will be without Draymond Green, so we can attack a few spots. Eric Paschall (hip) is also doubtful, so with both out, Robinson should see plenty of minutes. It’s not a great matchup vs. the Utah Jazz, but that shouldn’t matter at this price. Robinson has played at least 30+ minutes in 12 of the past 14 games. Other values on Golden State: Marquese Chriss ($3,800), Willie Cauley-Stein ($4,500) and Omari Spellman ($3,100).

De’Anthony Melton, PG/SG, MEM vs. MIL ($3,900)

I talked a bit about Melton on The Sweat this morning. If you missed the spot, there are likely clips on Twitter but I’ll fill you in. So Ja Morant is out tonight, and Tyus Jones will likely start for the Grizzlies. Jones is $3,700 and should play a decent amount of minutes, but he’s going to have to deal with Eric Bledsoe on defense. Melton should come off the bench and play around 25 minutes, plus he’s played much better than Jones recently. I think Melton will be low owned, so he’s a good GPP play.
