Top fantasy football quarterback plays under $6,000 in daily fantasy Week 15

We go go digging in the value bin for your Week 15 daily fantasy quarterback

This is a tough week for value quarterbacks on the main slate. IT’s so bad that I’m going to recommend Eli and not the book, the person. It will be interesting to see what the ownership percentages are in Week 15. I expect the majority to be on the two quarterbacks playing in Tennessee, but others will emerge and gain some hype as we close in on Sunday.

Eli Manning, Giants ($5,200) vs. Dolphins

Manning played fine in his return to the field against the Eagles. He might not put it on his highlight reel for the XFL but he put up 203 yards and two touchdowns in the rain. This week he takes on a bad Dolphins defense at home. He should continue to target Darius Slayton in a great matchup and maybe he’ll even get Evan Engram back. Miami has given up the third-most fantasy points to quarterbacks, including Sam Darnold, Carson Wentz, Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen, allowing 11 touchdown passes to them in their last four games.

Derek Carr, Raiders ($5,600) vs. Jaguars

The Jaguars defense has given up and have lost too many key players to have much of a chance even if they still cared. Last week they helped Philip Rivers break out of a horrific slump, allowing 314 yards and three touchdowns. Now they head to Oakland, where Carr puts up his best numbers.

Gardner Minshew, Jaguars ($5,500) at Raiders

Minshew’s first game back came against a Chargers pass defense that has improved with the return of Derwin James, so I’ll give him a pass. This week, he gets a much easier test against the Raiders. Oakland ranks second-worst in allowing fantasy points to quarterbacks, giving up 391 yards and three touchdowns last week to Ryan Tannehill. D.J. Chark is out, but Dede Westbrook, Keelan Cole and Chris Conley all have ability and Leonard Fournette has become James White.
