What to do with Ryan Tannehill in fantasy football Week 15

Will Ryan Tannehill keep up his great 2019 in a critical game against the Texans?

You can’t play much better than Ryan Tannehill has since getting the nod over Marcus Mariota in Week 7. He isn’t putting up Lamar Jackson numbers but nobody is and he’s been consistent and adds upside with his legs.

His biggest fluctuations in fantasy scoring have come in the last three weeks, as he’s hit 32.4, 13.8 and 27.5 fantasy points while topping a 77 percent completion percentage in all three. His worst fantasy game came in Indianapolis and he still played a good game. There is nothing that points to him getting lucky other than maybe some good matchups, but he’s got that again this week.

Fantasy football analysis: Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill

This week he’ll face the Texans in Tennessee, who the Titans are in a battle with for the AFC South. On the year, Houston has given up the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks and over the last five weeks, they’ve allowed the most fantasy points to the position. Drew Brees, Philip Rivers, Matt Ryan, Jacoby Brissett, Derek Carr, Lamar Jackson, Tom Brady and Drew Lock have all topped 20 fantasy points when facing the Texans.

Tannehill ranks third in fantasy points since Week 7 and couldn’t get a much better matchup at home this week. He’s quickly turned into a must-start, even in your fantasy playoffs.
