What to do with Jack Doyle in fantasy football Week 15

Jack Doyle hasn’t lived up to expectations after Eric Ebron’s injury. Will he get back on track this week against the Saints?

Jack Doyle didn’t live up to the hype last week against Tampa Bay but he was still a big part of the offense and remains a useful fantasy tight end in the Colts tight end friendly offense. He’s now had two games without Eric Ebron there, one strong fantasy game and a dud. He was third on the team in targets in the dud and first in the good game. The Colts may get T.Y. Hilton back but he’s likely not going to be 100 percent and the Colts offense use their tight ends in the red zone, as seen by Doyle’s four targets inside the 20 in the last two games.

The Saints have allowed good games to Cameron Brate, George Kittle, Jaeden Graham and Austin Hooper of late. Their bend but don’t break defense has started breaking of late, so we should continue to see Jacoby Brissett need to throw the ball to keep the game close, especially in New Orleans against Drew Brees.

Doyle isn’t flashy but he’s reliable and gets a lot of red zone looks. In a weak fantasy position, he’s almost a must start this week.
