Tampa Bay Buccaneers is playing in Week 15 with a hairline fracture in his throwing thumb, but it is not impacting his play. Through one quarter Winston is 9 of 11 for 196 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

UPDATE: He added to that in the second quarter with a third touchdown and now has 291 yards on top of it.

Winston threw an interception on his first drive, but has rebounded in a big way. He has found Breshad Perriman and Scotty Miller for touchdowns. Mike Evans suffered a season-ending injury last week and Perriman and Miller are getting big opportunities opposite Chris Godwin.

Winston broke his thumb last week right before halftime against the Indianapolis Colts. He returned in the third quarter to complete 76 percent of his passes and did not seem the worse for wear. He was limited for much of the practice week coming into today’s game, but he was throwing a football in a full workout on Friday and was set for Sunday.

Odds are good he will throw another interception, but he’s showing how valuable a fantasy weapon he can be with his huge volume.
