UPDATE: The team announced Fant is questionable to return. Jeff Heuerman will replace him in the Broncos starting lineup.

Denver Broncos tight end Noah Fant made a huge fourth down catch, but he suffered an injury in the process. Fant made a 43-yard catch and run, and while being tackled, he injured his right shoulder. He is headed to the locker room, per beat writer Nicki Jhabvala.

Fant was questionable entering the game, but it was due to hip and foot issues. He’s coming off a 113-yard, one touchdown performance and has improved into a big playmaker for the Broncos as the season has progressed.

It’s almost halftime in Kansas City, so we’ll likely get an update on Fant after halftime.
