Saquon Barkley with a huge fantasy performance at just the right time

Perfect timing in fantasy football playoff matchups!

The New York Giants were in the mix for the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, but a Week 15 performance will remove them from the race. The Giants are crushing the Miami Dolphins, leading 30-13 early in the fourth quarter.

Eli Manning has made some big plays (and some atrocious ones), but Saquon Barkley has been the big performer. Barkley has 105 rushing yards and two touchdowns as well as four receptions for 32 yards. It’s the first time he’s found the end zone since Week 8, and the first time he’s surpassed 100 rushing yards since Week 2.

The performance is perfectly timed if you’ve been starting Barkley week in and week out. This is fantasy playoff time, so this performance is bound to boost some fantasy players in the semifinals. Next week, the Giants travel to face a bad Washington team. The matchup bodes well for Barkley.
