Giannis Antetokounmpo listed as probable Saturday vs. Knicks

Bucks superstar had been dealing with quad injury but has new issue. He should still be ready to go at The Garden.

Milwaukee Bucks SF/PF Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as probable for Saturday’s game vs. the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. This is a new injury for Giannis, who just helped lead the Bucks past the Los Angeles Lakers at home on Thursday night to take control of first place in the NBA. The Greek Freak drained a career-high five 3-pointers, scoring 34 points with 11 rebounds in a convincing win.

Giannis shouldn’t be too concerning for Saturday in the Big Apple at The Garden. Players like him relish the chance to perform on the biggest stage in basketball in New York. I would be very surprised if Giannis ends up sitting out this game.
