Point spread, total, money line, injury report and more for Chiefs-Bears in Week 16 SNF

The Chiefs are riding a four-game winning streak as they travel to Chicago to take on the Bears. Battling the elements in Week 15, Patrick Mahomes posted one of his best games of the season, throwing for 340 yards and two touchdowns. The Bears have been strong against opposing quarterbacks, allowing no more than two passing touchdowns in a game and an average of 244 passing yards. The big trouble could come from the Chiefs receivers, specifically Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce. The Bears have really struggled against tight ends, allowing an average of 9.2 YPR and a 72% catch rate. Kelce has no less than five catches in four straight games while averaging 10.2 targets in that span. Hill, of course, is such a dangerous downfield threat, an area the Bears have struggled with.

The Bears have been much more efficient as of late and it seems to coincide with Mitch Trubisky rushing the ball more. He’s averaged 28 rushing yards over the past four weeks, highlighted by 63 in Week 14 against the Cowboys. The Chiefs have been a defense QB’s have run against, with four QB’s going over 30 yards. While they’ll have trouble getting the ball through the air against a very stellar Chiefs’ secondary, David Montgomery could be very busy on the ground. The Chiefs are allowing an average of 112 rushing yards per game, which puts Montgomery in a great spot barring the Bears can keep this game somewhat close. With the spread as close as it is, that scenario could very well take place.
