James Conner OUT for Week 16

James Conner ruled out with thigh injury

Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner warms up before playing the Los Angeles Rams at Heinz Field. Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

Update: Conner is OUT with a thigh injury. Benny Snell, Kerrith Whyte, and Jaylen Samuels look to all be involved behind him.

James Conner is currently on the sideline riding an exercise bike and is officially questionable to return due to a calf injury against the Jets. If he can’’t return, Benny Snell should see an uptick in work.

Conner has ran the ball six times for 32 yards before his injury while Snell had three carries for negative two yards. Conner’s injury couples with a change to Mason Rudolph over Devlin Hodges at quarterback down 10-0 in a game the Steelers need for the playoffs,
