Dak Prescott misses first practice of career

Dak Prescott’s shoulder injury keeps him from practice before Week 17 must-win matchup with Washington.

Dallas still has a chance of sneaking into the playoffs but there’s no doubt that Dak Prescott isn’t 100 percent as he missed his first practice ever on Thursday due to a sprained AC joint in his shoulder.

Prescott says he will throw on Friday to prepare for a must-win game at home. When asked if he received pain killers for his shoulder both pregame and at halftime in Week 16, he said. “I did what was necessary.” Prescott didn’t look like his normal self in Philadelphia against the Eagles but there’s a good chance he will play this week against Washington.

The matchup is a great one for fantasy and DFS and Prescott usually plays better at home, but we do need to be cognizant of his injury and think of him as riskier than usual in a good setting.
