Joe Mixon continues his late-season surge

Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon rushes for a first down run during the first quarter against the New England Patriots at Paul Brown Stadium Joe Maiorana-USA TODAY Sports

Joe Mixon is off to a hot start against the Browns, as he’s rushed seven times for 78 yards and a touchdown midway through the first quarter. Mixon had the flu last week and had a down game, but other than that flu game, he has been one of the best fantasy and real-life running backs in the league.

The Bengals look to add Joe Burrow to the fold next season, which can only help Joe Mixon see better offensive snaps throughout the year. He will be a popular fantasy pick for 2020.

4th quarter update: Mixon scores his second touchdown of the game, giving the Bengals a 30-16 lead as Mixon moves up to 23 carries for 125 yards.
