UPDATE: In addition to Beverley being out tonight vs. the Kings, the Clippers will also be without Lou Williams, who won’t play due to personal reasons.
In addition to Pat Beverley, Lou Williams will also not play today for Clippers vs. Kings. Team says Williams is a late scratch for personal reasons.

With no Pat Bev or Lou Will, the Clippers will likely be forced to play a lot of Landry Shamet and Rodney McGruder in the backcourt. I’d also imagine Derrick Walton Jr. and Jerome Robinson could see some minutes as well.
Los Angeles Clippers PG Patrick Beverley is listed as out for Tuesday’s game vs. the Sacramento Kings. Montrezl Harrell has been removed from the list. Beverley is dealing with a wrist injury, while Harrell was on the injury report previously due to an illness.

The Clippers will be without their starting point guard, though we don’t really know who will start in his place yet. It could be Lou Williams or Landry Shamet, depends if coach Doc Rivers wants to keep Lou Will in his usual role. Either way, it’s a downgrade for the Clippers’ defense overall, so De’Aaron Fox may have an easier time if Kawhi Leonard or Paul George isn’t guarding him. With Pat Bev out, Shamet and even Derrick Walton Jr. will see additional minutes.
