UPDATE: Bengals head coach Zac Taylor announced that Green will not play on Sunday vs. Cleveland.
In a completely surprising move (not), Bengals WR A.J. Green is still not practicing with the team and it doesn’t appear he’ll return in Week 14 vs. the Browns.
No jersey for A. J Green in Wednesday walk-thru. Looks like no go in Cleveland

Apparently the return of QB Andy Dalton in Week 13 and a victory had no impact on whether or not Green will be back this season. He still may return at some point, but he’s running out of time.
The Bengals finally got a win on Sunday vs. the Jets, 22-6 at home. Dalton made his miraculous return to the lineup with 243 yards and a TD. He went back to targeting Auden Tate, who had four catches for 66 yards on seven targets. Tyler Boyd also had a decent outing with five catches for 59 yards and a TD. Alex Erickson only had two catches for 21 yards.
With Dalton back and Green looking like he’ll remain out, Tate and Boyd are decent FLEX options in season-long playoffs going up against Cleveland’s secondary. The Browns’ playoff hopes are waning, and I bet the Bengals wouldn’t mind putting the nail in the coffin of their season.
