I’m back for another week of cash-game options on DraftKings. We’ve got an unusually large slate with 13 games on tap Sunday afternoon. This is mostly caused by no bye weeks, so we just have more options to sift through when making our cash lineups. let’s go position-by-position to break down the targets.
Lamar Jackson ($7,400) at BUF — This isn’t an easy spot for Jackson, but I don’t think it should matter at this point. In a tough spot vs. the 49ers last week, Lamar put up 26.3 DKFP, mostly on the ground. His floor is just too high and we can find value to fit around him.
Deshaun Watson ($6,500) vs. DEN — The QB ownership should be distributed evenly a bit, so getting Watson at this price is favorable. Watson looked good vs. the Pats last week and the Broncos are playing for nothing.
Tom Brady ($6,100) vs. KC — Brady bounced back after a string of poor fantasy outings. He had 28.34 DKFP against the Texans despite the loss and the Chiefs’ secondary isn’t very good. This game should be high-scoring and Brady is worth stacking.
Christian McCaffrey ($10,300) at ATL — This is your weekly reminder that CMC is a cash-game staple, even if his busted last week vs. Washington. Last time McCaffrey faced the Falcons he posted 191 total yards, 11 catches and 33.1 DKFP without finding the end zone.
Alvin Kamara ($7,000) vs. SF — This price is just too low for Kamara given his ceiling and the matchup shouldn’t shy you off the Saints RB. A few off games have bumped Kamara’s price down $1,200 and I think New Orleans will want to control the clock vs. San Fran.
Jamaal Williams ($4,800) vs. WAS — If you’re saving some salary, Williams is in more of a split with Aaron Jones ($6,700), who is more expensive. Jamaal has at least four catches in back-to-back games and has double-digit carries in three straight.
Davante Adams ($8,000) vs. WAS — This is a spot against Washington where I think you can stack the Packers pretty easily. Aaron Rodgers ($6,800) isn’t priced too high and Adams is coming off his best game of the season: 64 yards and two TDs in the win over the Giants in Week 13.
Odell Beckham Jr. ($6,300) vs. CIN — When’s the last time we saw OBJ’s price this low? Oh wait it was a few weeks ago vs. the Bills ... It’s been a rough season for Odell, but the Bengals are coming to town and the Browns still technically a chance at the playoffs.
Jamison Crowder ($5,300) vs. MIA — Crowder is always a decent cash option given his catch volume and floor. The matchup vs. the Dolphins should be an easy one for Crowder and the Jets, and worst case he gives you around 5-6 receptions and double-digit points.
Jack Doyle ($4,600) at TB — Doyle was the chalk last week with Eric Ebron out for the Colts and he delivered with six catches for 73 yards and a TD for 19.3 DKFP at $3,300. His price is up but matchup got better against the Bucs. Doyle is safe again this week.
Mike Gesicki ($4,000) at NYJ — Gesicki is quietly having a strong finish to the season. He’s got TDs in back-to-back games and double-digit DKFP in three of five games. The Jets just got torched by the Bengals, so I like the spot for the Dolphins in Week 14.
Green Bay Packers ($4,000) vs. WAS — If I’m paying up for anyone at D/ST, it’s the Packers at home vs. Washington. Historically Green Bay is tough to play against at Lambeau Field and this unit had a bounce back last week vs. the Giants with three INTs.
Indianapolis Colts ($2,400) at TB — If you’re paying down (like Julian usually recommends), the Colts get to take turnover machine Jameis Winston. Worst case the Colts let up a bunch of points, but end up scoring a defensive TD or getting 2-3 turnovers.
