Both the Ravens (10-2) and Bills (9-3) come into this game riding high, as the Ravens have won eight in a row, and the Bills have won their last three. The Ravens are currently the cream of the crop, as they have beaten the Patriots, Seahawks, Texans, and 49ers on this win streak and hold the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The Bills have a firm grip on a wild card spot and could make a push to unseat the Patriots in the NFC East.

The Ravens main competition for the No. 1 seed is the Patriots (10-2), Bills, Texans (8-4), and Chiefs (8-4). The Chiefs are two games back with four games remaining but have beaten the Ravens to hold the tie-breaker if they ended with the same record.

The Top-3 AFC contenders schedules:

Ravens: @Bills (9-3), Jets (4-8), @Browns (5-7), Steelers (7-5)

Patriots: Chiefs (8-4), @Bengals (1-11), Bills (9-3), Dolphins (3-9)

Bills: Ravens (10-2), @Steelers (7-5), @Patriots (10-2), Jets (4-8)

The Ravens schedule is set up well after traveling to Buffalo this week. If they can beat the Bills, they would get three winnable games while the Patriots face the Chiefs this week and the Bills in Week 16. A Bills loss would likely sink them enough that even a win over the Patriots in Foxboro might not be enough to overtake them.

A Bills win is enormous, as the Patriots have a tough game with Kansas City and a corresponding loss there would give them identical records and a likely Week 16 matchup for the division and a good shot at the No. 1 seed in the AFC. If they run the table, they’d be one of the favorites for the Super Bowl instead of being at +4000.

Of course, the Ravens are favored, as they should be in this matchup and have the inside track for the No. 1 seed and are the current favorites to win the big game. With the way they’ve been playing both on offense and defense, they should be the favorites.
