Von Miller ACTIVE for Week 14

The Broncos will get a big piece of their pass rush back in Week 14. We break down the fantasy football implications for Texans offensive weapons.

Denver Broncos pass rusher Von Miller is set to play in a Week 14 matchup with the Houston Texans. The team announced their inactives report and Miller is ACTIVE.

Miller suffered an MCL sprain in Week 12 that cost him his first game since 2013. The Broncos shut down the Los Angeles Chargers offense without him, but Miller is of course a welcome return to the pass rush.

The Broncos face a Texans offense that has looked sharp when DeShaun Watson has been healthy. The Texans will be without wide receiver Will Fuller, but Watson will still have DeAndre Hopkins and Kenny Stills in the passing game. Add in his scrambling ability and a solid backfield of Carlos Hyde and Duke Johnson, and it will present a sizable challenge to a Broncos defense that has been solid, if a bit inconsistent.

Miller’s return does not change start/sit considerations, but does potentially impact Watson’s ceiling a little bit. Miller is not 100 percent, but even a 75 or 80 percent Miller is a force to be reckoned with. Watson and Hopkins remain must starts in fantasy football, while Stills is a decent start depending on your roster.
