UPDATE: Vance McDonald has been ruled OUT for the rest of Week 14 with a concussion.

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Vance McDonald has left the team’s Week 14 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals to be evaluated for a concussion. McDonald suffered a head injury in the third quarter and was taken to the medical tent for evaluation. The sideline reporter said he is headed to the locker room for further evaluation and is questionable to return.

McDonald had a quiet day prior to the injury. He had one catch for three yards on a single target. Nick Vannett is the Steelers other active tight end and will take over while McDonald is being evaluated.
