UPDATE: Brown is fine and is starting the second half for the Celtics. Crisis averted. Stand down people.

Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown took a shot to the face late in the second quarter vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday. Brown was then helped to the locker room before halftime.

Brown was doing well prior to exiting, with 14 points and five rebounds in 17 minutes in the first half. If he’s unable to return for the second, we should see a lot of Brad Wanamaker, considering the Celtics are up big.
