Friends from their time together at Kentucky, Karl-Anthony Towns ($9,300) and Devin Booker ($8,500) had a fun duel in Phoenix tonight. Both had big scoring nights, but it was ultimately Booker and the Suns, who came out on top vs. the Timberwolves. Booker scored 26 points and 43.5 DKFP in the win. As of late, he’s been scoring in bunches. Booker came into tonight with 44 and 35 points in his last two games.
Even though his team lost, Towns had the bigger fantasy game of the two former Kentucky stars. He picked up a double-double and scored 60.25 DKFP with 33 points 15 rebounds and a pair of blocks. Surprisingly, KAT came into today going three straight games without a double-double. It was an odd streak when considering nine consecutive double-doubles before this three-game dry spell.
