NFL Week 2: Eagles vs. Falcons Odds, Lines, Spread, Prop Bets

A potential shootout is on tap for Sunday night at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. After falling into a quick and shocking deficit against the Redskins, Carson Wentz said “I got this” and carried this team to victory, completing 28 of 39 pass attempts for 313 yards and three touchdowns. He and DeSean Jackson hooked up numerous times, as he caught 8 of 9 targets for 154 yards and two touchdowns. With so many weapons on offense, the Eagles should be busy and productive against a questionable Falcons defense.

It feels like a #JulioWeek as the Falcons have an opportunity to pick on the weak Eagles secondary. Despite struggling against this team last season, Matt Ryan went on to have a stellar 2018 season and could continue that trend here in Week 2. Between Jones and Calvin Ridley, Ryan should have ample opportunities to air the ball out to two of his most reliable receivers, especially when you consider how good the Eagles’ run defense has been, allowing just an average of 74 rushing yards and nine touchdowns during the regular season in 2018.
