Top 25 QB options for Week 4 fantasy football

The top of our quarterback rankings is going to be familiar in Week 4. The question is where some new names belong.

The QB position, per usual, leads with Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson. Get used to it. But I’m extremely high on Russell Wilson this week, and not just to chase the numbers he put up against the Saints. The RB issues with Seattle means putting the ball in Russ’ hands more, and Arizona is the ideal matchup for a QB’s fantasy value.

Behind the top-three, I think Dak Prescott and Philip Rivers feel like a toss up. Dak should have the chance to play a really good game in New Orleans against a poor defense. But Rivers gets the Dolphins this week, which means the sky’s the limit.

And, of course, the big question — where does Danny Dimes rank? He cracks the top-10 against Washington.

Week 4 brings with it the first byes of 2019. The San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets are sidelined, which means Jimmy Garoppolo is sidelined.
