Top 50 RB PPR options for Week 4 fantasy football

Week 4 brings with it the first byes of the 2019 NFL season. We break down the fantasy football implications for the running back position in PPR leagues.

The NFL returns for Week 4 and the quarter point of the 2019 NFL season is just about upon us. Christian McCaffrey has had a pair of monster weeks, and sets up in another elite spot at Houston. But Dalvin Cook’s climbing the ranks, and becoming one of the elite fantasy backs. Even against the Bears, he checks in as an elite play.

‘Zeke and Kamara going head-to-head is another matchup to circle, but from a value standpoint, keep an eye on Nick Chubb. Chubb played all but one snap on SNF against the Rams, and was the only RB the Browns played. The passing-catching addition to his game puts him up in the top class at RB.

Kerryon Johnson also saw his role expand with C.J. Anderson off the roster, while Wayne Gallman gets a huge boost with Saquon Barkley (ankle) out long-term. I’m not confident Gallman can carry the load for the next two months, but this week’s a great spot against Washington at home.

Week 4 brings with it the first byes of 2019. The San Francisco 49ers and New York Jets are sidelined, which means players like Le’Veon Bell, Matt Breida, and Raheem Mostert are all sidelined.
