Point spread, total, moneyline and more for Washington-Giants in Week 4

Can Daniel Jones carry the Giants to another victory or will the Bucs win their second game of the season? We break down the point spread, moneyline, prop bets, and other odds.

Have the Giants found their savior in Daniel Jones? Danny Dimes looked legitimately good – not just good - considering the Giants are terrible – in his Week 3 debut. He completed 23 of his 36 pass attempts for 336 yards, two TDs and no interceptions, in addition to two rushing TDs, one of which was the game-winner. And that was against a much-improved Buccaneers defense. Now he gets to face Washington.

Both defenses have been absolute sieves, and this game might be a good opportunity to pound the player props once those are released. They rank second and third in most points allowed per game, and both are in the top seven for yards allowed. The Giants have been particularly bad against the pass, allowing 332 yards per game, the most in the NFL by 30. Washington, on the other hand, have been particularly generous against the run, allowing 142 yards per game. That’s despite facing the Eagles and the Bears, who averaged 88 and 100 yards, respectively in their other games.

It remains to be seen if either offense has the talent to take advantage of the weak defenses. Both teams rank in the bottom half of the league in points per game. That said, they also rank in the top nine for passing yards – so there’s at least a chance that this turns into a high-scoring shootout.
