Kansas City Chiefs quarterback put on another show against the Tennessee Titans in the NFC title game after throwing for 321 yards and five scores against the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round. His team faced a deficit early in a second straight game, but his ability to make plays looks like it will prevail in the end.

Mahomes threw for 294 yards and three scores on 23-of-34 throwing, but also led his team in rushing yards (56). His 27-yard touchdown scramble in the closing seconds of the second quarter was one of the biggest plays of the afternoon as it gave the Chiefs a lead they would not relinquish. They lead 35-24 at the two-minute warning of the fourth quarter.

Mahomes is gaining steam leading up to his first-ever Super Bowl appearance, and he’s showcased his ability to be a dual-threat signal caller in back-to-back contests.
