The Kansas City Chiefs held their last practice on Friday before departing for Miami, and they got a big piece back. Tight end Travis Kelce sat out Thursday’s practice due to an illness, but was back on Friday. Kelce has regularly been listed as limited due to a knee injury, but the illness was a new addition to the report.

The Chiefs and 49ers will head down to Miami at the end of the weekend, and then pick up practice later in the week. The Chiefs players will have Saturday off and then reconvene Sunday before making the flight down, according to beat writer Herbie Teope.

Kelce will likely remain listed as limited most of next week on the Chiefs practice participation report. Barring any kind of aggravation, he will likely be removed from the final injury report with no designation. Kelce is banged up, but playing plenty well so it should not impact your decision-making in DFS or betting on the game.
